Community health resources

Our purpose is to collaborate with health care providers, schools, community organizations, and businesses. Together, we are striving to provide the best opportunities for those in our communities to live healthier lives. Our community’s health needs are central to Adena’s mission "called to serve our communities." The community health team collaborates with our health partners throughout Adena's nine county service area as well as our providers, caregivers, and patients.
