When you contribute through the Adena Health Foundation, 100% of your donation is distributed according to your wishes. Our Foundation expenses are covered by Adena Health, so anything you give goes right to the cause you are supporting. 

1. Serve as a focal point for charitable giving for health and health-related initiatives in Adena’s nine-county service area.
2. Translate gifts and resources from the health system to community benefit programs to improve health and wellness.
3. Safeguard the funds of donors who designate gifts to special programs or unique needs for health care in the area.
4. Conduct capital campaigns as directed to support construction and expansion of programs.
5. Provide accountability and stewardship for donors. The vision of the Foundation is to be a significant source of support for community benefit and for excellence and growth of the health system.
