Adena Health is closely monitoring weather conditions, and the safety of our patients remains our top priority. Our hospitals and emergency departments are open and staffed to care for patients. Additionally, any appointments at our hospitals currently remain as scheduled. Adena Urgent Care locations will continue to operate during normal business hours. Adena Cancer Center’s Chemotherapy and Radiation services remain open. Laboratory services at Adena Health Center locations will be closed Monday.
Outpatient provider clinics will remain closed until locations are no longer under a Level Three Snow Emergency.

When you need care, your focus should be on your health and not how to pay for it. That’s why we’ve made billing as simple as possible so you can concentrate on getting the care you need.
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a patient intake representative. They will collect your demographic and insurance information for clinical and billing purposes. Please have these items available:
- All active insurance cards
- A picture ID
- Physician orders
- A list of current medications
Please follow pre-procedure instructions given to you by your physician or the instructions provided on the physician order. This will help to prevent unnecessary delays in your treatment.
Price Transparency
You can now use the price transparency Tool available on the Adena Heath System website or call 740-779-8430 for an estimated cost on what your anticipated health services may cost. The tool helps you calculate your out-of-pocket expenses whether you are insured or uninsured. This tool is only an estimate based on the information supplied at the time the estimate is created. The actual out-of-pocket expenses could be different if other services are performed or your insurance benefits are different or have changed. This estimate is for only hospital services; other services provided by other providers (such as a surgeon) would be billed separately.

About Your Hospital Bill
To make payments, you can use the web portal, call the phone number on your statement or mail payments to the address listed on the statement. You can also pay the bill in full by cash, check or credit.
