Below is a list of resources for clothing in our area. Please note, some resources are only seasonal (provide coats) or are limited (provide one type of clothing). 

Adena Health System 

For patients at Adena who need clothing to discharge to home with, the Giving Closet is a good resource. Staff can access the closet to address a patient need by contacting the house supervisor, security, volunteer coordinator or ARMC - ED Charge Nurse.

Fayette County

Resources in Fayette County are:

Highland County

Clothing resources in Highland County are: 

• Hope Emergency Program - provides some clothing resources; limited hours

Pike County

Resources for clothing in Pike County are:

• Goodwill Store - 10954 US 23 Suite 7 Waverly, Ohio 45690 Store hours: Monday - Saturday 9-7 and (740) 947-1315 Sunday 12-5
• Second Chances -  A non-profit resale shop that provides low cost clothing and household items to the community; 216 N. Market St., Waverly, Ohio 45690. Ph: (740) 222-2803. Hours are Monday-closed, Tuesday 10-5, Wednesday 10-4, Thursday 10-5, Friday 10-6, Saturday 10-4, Sunday-closed.216 N. Market St.

Ross County

Resources in Ross County are:

• 211 - hotline to contact for available resources in Ross County
• Assistance House - some clothing resources, but recipients must meet eligibility criteria. Limited hours of operation.
• Goodwill of South Central Ohio - provides clothing at reduced pricing. Multiple locations. 
• Ross County Community Action - limited support, but can provide voucher at times.

• Hopewell Children’s Clothing Bank, Main Library Annex’s Meeting Room B in the Old Central School Building behind the Main Library at 140 South Paint Street, Chillicothe (Wednesdays from 10am – 12pm. May attend once every 3 months. Must have referral which can be obtained from Ross Co JFS, Assistance House, Salvation Army, school nurses. Closed during summer. Organized by First Presbyterian Church.)
• Jubilee Ministries Thrift Store, 35 Ewing Street, Chillicothe – Inside Salyers Insurance (Mondays – Fridays from 10am – 2pm and Saturdays from 9am – 12pm) All clothing is $1.00.
• Our Savior Lutheran Church, 151 University Drive, Chillicothe 740-775-2470 (Mondays from 9:30am12pm. Must show ID.)
