How do I get my Direct Access Lab results?
Your Direct Access Lab results will be mailed to you or available for in-person pickup. Results do not automatically appear in MyChart unless you request an upload or add them yourself.
Do I have to pay for an Urgent Care visit for Direct Access Labs?
No. When you use Direct Access Labs at an Urgent Care location, you only pay for the lab tests you choose. There is no Urgent Care visit fee, no office charge, and no hidden costs.
