Adena Greenfield Medical Center (AGMC) has provided comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation services for our community since 1984. Our 25-bed inpatient unit consists of both acute care and inpatient rehabilitation. This well blended model allows us to care for patients in need of acute medical intervention, while implementing a wide range of individualized rehabilitative services. We are recognized both locally and regionally for our engaging staff, excellent quality of care, and outstanding results. Our expert  rehabilitation team at AGMC includes:

• Certified Nurse Practitioners
• 24-hr Nursing staff with specialized wound care department
• Therapy Staff: Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech and Language Pathologist, Recreational Therapist
• Board Certified Rehab Psychologist
• Social Worker

We are accredited by national organizations including: The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and CARF International Accreditation for Hospital Rehab Program with specialization in stroke recovery.
