Tessa may work behind the scenes at Adena Orthopedic and Spine Institute, but her role is vital. She makes sure patients are able to get the care they need — from helping to schedule appointments to coordinating insurance approvals. But whether Tessa’s mailing a map out to a patient or working on a new craft project with her golden retriever nearby, she brings patience and compassion to every part of her day.
