Dr. Jose DeJesus-Rolenson didn’t set out to become a physician. He was working in the logging industry when his crew needed someone to take an EMT class. That moment sparked a calling that led him to medical school at age 37, and ultimately to Adena Health’s very first family medicine residency class. Today, he continues to answer the call, caring for individuals and families at Adena Health Center–Jackson. Dr. DeJesus-Rolenson is one of the many faces of our providers in the community we call home.
