The Jack Berno Memorial Golf Classic is a chance to come together in support of patients, families, and the future of health care in our communities.

This event honors the legacy of Dr. Jack Berno and his longtime commitment to the region he called home. After completing his medical training, Dr. Berno returned to Chillicothe to care for patients and serve the community he loved. Over more than 40 years, he cared for generations of families and held several leadership roles at Adena Health, including chief of staff.

An avid golfer himself, Dr. Berno always looked forward to this event and understood the importance of keeping compassionate, high-quality health care close to home.

Proceeds from this year’s outing will support the Jack Berno Hope for Our Future scholarship fund, helping support the next generation of caregivers serving communities across Adena Health’s nine-county region.

This year’s event also carries special meaning as Robin Berno prepares to retire following many years of dedicated service to Adena Health. The continued support of this outing is a reflection of the generosity, connection, and community spirit that meant so much to both Robin and Dr. Berno.
