Flu season is quickly approaching and you have the power to protect yourself and your family from influenza this year.

The flu shot can prevent illness, flu-related hospitalizations and potentially lessen symptoms and length of illness, should the flu be contracted.

Adena Health Center – Woodlands is making it easy to get your flu shot from the convenience of your vehicle.

This event does not require an appointment and is open to children and adults. For children over six months and adults, the flu shot can prevent illness, flu-related hospitalizations and potentially lessen symptoms and length of illness, should the flu be contracted.

Please have your insurance card and an ID. Most insurance companies will cover the cost of a yearly flu shot. If you do not have insurance, the cost will be $19.99. Due to enhanced safety precautions, only credit cards will be accepted for the drive-thru flu shots (no cash).
