Adena Health, along with Drs. Brian Cohen, Aaron Roberts, and Troy Thompson, announce that they have reached a resolution of the pending lawsuit between them. This resolution also brings to a close the claims involving others named in the lawsuit, including Dr. Bill Sever and Sheila Benson. All parties are thankful to move beyond this chapter in a responsible way that keeps the wellbeing of the community at the center.
