Advanced Robotic Surgery. Our expert surgeons use astate-of-the-art surgical robot for intricate procedures as well as for simpler, lower-abdominal surgeries. Robotic-assisted surgeries enhance surgical outcomes by providing quicker recovery and resumption of daily activities; reducing the need for long-term anesthesia; diminishing post-operative pain and discomfort; lowering the risk of infection, blood loss, and scarring; decreasing trauma to the body; and allowing for shorter hospital stays.
Endoscopies. Adena's General Surgery team performs a large number of endoscopies to detect diseases of the digestive system as well as swallowing disorders, laryngitis, and joint issues. Endoscopies are also used during colonoscopy procedures.
