Senior Life Solutions: Support for Emotional Well-being
In life, we all face challenges that can take a toll on our emotional well-being. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, navigating life transitions, or managing a chronic health condition, these experiences can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and uncertain. Senior Life Solutions is here to offer a guiding hand and a listening ear during these times.
Is This Program Right for You?
If you or someone you know has recently experienced any of the following, our program might be the perfect fit:
- Grieving the loss of a loved one
- Experiencing decreased energy or loss of interest in daily activities
- Facing challenges with sleep or appetite
- Navigating significant life transitions or acting as a caregiver
- Coping with a recent health diagnosis or a chronic health condition
- Feeling isolated, lonely, or overwhelmed by feelings of uncertainty and worry
Our Approach to Care
After an in-depth individual assessment, patients have the opportunity to participate in sessions up to three times a week in a nurturing group setting. Recognizing the diverse needs of our community, we also offer teletherapy services. This allows patients to receive emotional support from the comfort of their homes, either via telephone or computer, eliminating the need for in-person meetings.
Meet Our Dedicated Team
Our program is spearheaded by a team of compassionate professionals committed to the emotional well-being of seniors. This includes a board-certified psychiatrist, dedicated licensed social workers, a registered nurse, and other experts who understand the unique challenges faced by the elderly in our community.
Making a Referral
We believe that everyone deserves access to emotional support. Referrals to Senior Life Solutions can be made by anyone, be it a patient's physician, a family member, or even through self-referral. We also welcome referrals from other healthcare professionals.
