Register for the Jack Berno Memorial Golf Outing

The 2024 Jack Berno Memorial Golf Outing is set to tee off! 

The classic will be held Friday, October 18th, 2024, in Williamsport at Crown Hill Golf Club. Proceeds from his event will go towards enhancing the quality of patient care, especially for Adena Fayette Medical Center. 

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. 
Shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.
