Our specialties can help
Procedures

- Disc replacement surgery - Treats herniated cervical discs and degenerative disc disease by replacing a damaged disc with an artificial one to preserve motion.
- Cervical spinal fusion - Treats severe spinal instability, degenerative disc disease, and spinal fractures by permanently fusing two or more vertebrae to stabilize the neck.
- Epidural steroid injections - Treats nerve inflammation from herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and radiculopathy by reducing swelling and pain in compressed nerves.
- Spinal cord stimulation - Treats chronic cervical pain by using an implanted device to send mild electrical impulses to the spinal cord.
- Nerve ablation (radio frequency lesioning) - Treats cervical facet joint arthritis and chronic neck pain by using heat to disrupt pain signals from nerves.
- Lumbar microdiscectomy - Treats lumbar herniated discs, sciatica, and radiculopathy by removing part of a bulging disc that is pressing on spinal nerves.
- Laminectomy - Treats spinal stenosis and severe nerve compression by removing the back part of the vertebra (lamina) to relieve pressure on the spinal cord.
- Spinal cord stimulation - Treats chronic lower back pain, post-laminectomy syndrome by implanting a device that blocks pain signals to the brain.
- Spinal fusion (lumbar) - Treats spondylolisthesis, spinal fractures and degenerative disc disease by permanently joining two or more vertebrae for stabilization.
- Endoscopic spine surgery - Treats herniated discs spinal stenosis and foraminal narrowing by using small incisions to access and treat the spine.
- Motion preservation spine surgery - Treats degenerative disc disease, facet joint arthritis by using implants that maintain spinal movement.
- Spinal stenosis treatment and surgery - Treats narrowing of the spinal canal and compressed nerves through minimally invasive decompression techniques.
- Vertebroplasty - Treats osteoporotic spinal fractures and vertebral compression fractures by injecting bone cement to stabilize the vertebra.
Conditions
- Cervical myelopathy - spinal cord compression
- Damage or pressure on the spinal cord in the neck, often causing weakness, numbness, or coordination problems.
- Cervical spondylosis - arthritis of the neck
- Age-related wear and tear in the neck's joints, often causing stiffness or pain.
- Herniated cervical (neck) disc
- A disc in the neck pushes out of place, pressing on nerves and causing pain or tingling in the arms.
- Neck Pain (chronic or acute)
- General or long-lasting pain or stiffness in the neck due to injury, strain, or posture issues.
- Whiplash - neck sprain or strain
- Neck injury from a sudden jerking motion, like in a car accident, causing pain and limited movement.
- Spinal radiculopathy - cervical
- Irritation or compression of nerves in the neck causing pain, numbness, or weakness in the arms or hands.
- Kyphosis (round back)
- A forward-curving spine in the upper back, leading to a hunched posture or back pain.
- Scoliosis
- An abnormal sideways curve of the spine, which may cause uneven shoulders or back pain.
- Spinal deformity
- Abnormal shape or curve in the spine, often leading to posture issues or pain.
- Spinal infections
- Bacterial or fungal infections in the spine causing inflammation, pain, or fever.
- Chronic low back pain
- Persistent back pain that lasts for months, often caused by injury, poor posture, or degeneration.
- Herniated lumbar (low back) disc
- A disc in the lower back bulges out, pressing on nerves and causing leg pain or weakness.
- Low back (lumbar) pain
- General pain in the lower back, often from strain, injury, or poor posture.
- Sciatica
- Pain that radiates down the leg, due to pressure on a nerve in the back that branches to the lower leg.
- Spinal radiculopathy - lumbar
- Nerve compression in the lower back causing pain, tingling, or weakness in the legs.
- Degenerative disc disease of the spine
- Wear and tear on spinal discs that can lead to pain or reduced mobility over time.
- Degenerative spine conditions
- A broad term for age-related changes in the spine causing stiffness, pain, or nerve issues.
- Facet joint syndrome - facet joint arthritis
- Arthritis in the small joints of the spine causing stiffness and localized pain.
- Herniated disc (general)
- A spinal disc pushes out, irritating nearby nerves and causing pain or numbness.
- Joint pain - arthralgia
- Pain in the joints of the spine due to injury, arthritis, or strain.
- Spinal osteoarthritis
- Degeneration of cartilage and bones in the spine causing stiffness and discomfort.
- Spinal stenosis
- Narrowing of the spaces in the spine, putting pressure on the spinal cord or nerves, leading to pain or weakness.
- Spondylolysis
- A small fracture or crack in a vertebra, often due to stress or overuse, causing lower back pain.
- Vertebrogenic pain
- Pain originating from the vertebrae (bones of the spine) due to damage or degeneration.
