Sports Injury Clinics: Get Care When Your Child Needs It
- Department of:
- Adena Regional Medical Center
Sports games and doctor’s hours rarely coincide. That’s why Adena Sports Medicine hosts sports injury clinics during times when student athletes most need it.
Adena Sports Injury Clinics are offered every Saturday morning from 9- 11 a.m. during the fall sports season. A sports medicine physician and athletic trainers are available to see students injured in a Friday night game, or while playing earlier in the week.
No appointment is necessary at the clinics and they are open to all fall athletes in Adena’s 12 county service area. Student athletes with injuries ranging from strains and sprains to concussions and other non-emergency injuries are encouraged to attend these clinics at the Adena Bone and Joint Center, on the campus of Adena Medical Center. Appointments will be charged as regular office visits.
