Debra Wolf, a certified nurse practitioner with Adena Family Medicine, A Department of Adena Greenfield Medical Center, in Greenfield, Ohio, takes a holistic approach with her patients.  She treats the whole person, not just symptoms of illness.  Adena Health System has been noted for increasing the number of specialties in order to better serve Greenfield.  The doctors and nurses live in the community and understand the needs of the people they see every day. 

Ms. Wolf is certified in the treatment of all ages and particularly enjoys newborns and children.  Ms. Wolf believes in empowering patients to become healthier.  She gives options and risks, not mandates, whenever possible and then lets patients make their own choice.  Through her work in family medicine, Ms. Wolf provides a number of services including well patient exams, sports and school physicals, immunizations as well as chronic disease management for ongoing conditions including diabetes and high blood pressure.  Ms. Wolf coordinates patient care with a patient’s specialists and can quickly access the specialist’s notes through Adena’s electronic medical record system.

Ms. Wolf has two teenagers and is active in the Greenfield community.  Currently she is renovating her 100-year-old home.
