Dynamic wholeness is how Dr. David Kessler describes his care for his patients at Adena Family Medicine - Bristol Village, in Waverly, Ohio. 

“Dynamic describes the change in people over time,” Dr. Kessler, a family physician, says.  “Wholeness is to be whole, have a wholesome lifestyle and a wholeness of life throughout our lives.”

As a family doctor, Dr. Kessler treats all ages, including a large portion of seniors, or geriatric patients. Dr. Kessler enjoys listening and discussing treatment options with his patients.  One of his favorite things about being a family doctor is seeing what a person understands, seeing the light go on, and empowering them to make decisions for their treatment themselves.  Educating patients about their conditions helps them to respond better and make lifestyle changes that help them to feel better.

As a primary care doctor, Dr. Kessler treats patients with everything from colds and flu, ear infections, and fatigue to high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease.  Patients highly recommend Dr. Kessler for helping them to understand their conditions, listening and answering questions, and for the time he spends with each patient.

Dr. Kessler also is the Pike County Coroner.  He enjoys nature and its complexity makes him happy “God created us and helped us give love to other people so they can enjoy life.”
