We believe public reporting aids transparency and can promote more informed patient choice, provide feedback to stakeholders and providers, help improve quality and lower the cost of care, and improve oversight with respect to Adena Healthcare Collaborative, LLC's compliance with program requirements. This page provides important information for the public about Adena Healthcare Collaborative, LLC.
Providing the full spectrum of health care services within the Adena Health System is consistent with the stated purposes of the Medicare Shared Savings Program and the mission of Adena. In-network care coordination provides more efficient and effective care for our patients.
