We encourage your input to help improve our community!
The creation of a healthy and thriving community comes from gathering input, ideas and points of view about where we want to be, and how we can get there. To start us on this path and guide our strategies and priorities, the Chillicothe-Ross County Chamber of Commerce is working with City, County and business leaders to develop a Strategic Community Plan. This plan is intended to make sure we are working together, as a community, to continue the momentum of the revitalization and improvement efforts that have begun in our community.
The first step of this process is to create a vision of what we want the future to look like. This will help us understand where we are headed, our path to success, and how we will know when we get there. The next step is to understand where we have strengths that will support our plans, and where there are gaps that need to be filled. This is called a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis. It is imperative that we get community feedback to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats you and others in the community see, in order to develop a plan and to determine the priorities. We encourage you to provide your input. This short survey should take only 10 minutes, but will provide us with valuable information that will guide the Steering Team and make sure the community’s collective voice is heard.
Adena's recent Carlisle building renovation is a prime example of our commitment to making Ross County a healthy, thriving community.
