Business Philanthropy Partners

Your company’s public image partnered with the Foundation’s mission, because, like you, we believe that everyone in Southern Ohio deserves access to the best healthcare, close to home. Your $5,000 annual contribution accomplishes this.

  1. Your Company is named as a “Business Philanthropy Partner” in the Foundation’s Annual Report and on our website
  2. You select the Foundation’s mission purposes that you wish to champion, e.g., 21st Century Campaign, Cancer Center, Heart Center and others
  3. You select opportunities for you and your employees to volunteer at Foundation events where your company logo or banner may be displayed
  4. Your Company receives permanent recognition on the Fund for Excellence donor wall at Adena Regional Medical Center’s West Entrance lobby
  5. You are kept informed of Foundation events and accomplishments, yet asked only once each year for your contribution
  6. You instruct us as to payment options, e.g., annual or quarterly invoices, or secure on-line payments

  1. Two complimentary foursomes ($400 Fair Market Value) and “Event Sponsor” recognition at the Annual Scioto Valley Golf Classic. You are invited to increase your presence and visibility at the golf outing by providing logo merchandise or other items for prizes and drawings.
  2. Four complimentary tickets to the Annual Charity Ball ($160 FMV), hosted by The Women’s Board of Adena Regional Medical Center on the first Saturday of December
  3. Invitation for four to the Adena Health System Annual Meeting, held the first Sunday in April
  4. Invitation for four to a luncheon meeting with the Adena CEO ($60 FMV)
  5. Invitations to other special programs

Unless you designate a specific purpose for your $4,380 net charitable annual contribution, your gift will be applied to the 21st Century Campaign to help ensure that Adena will have the advanced medical technology that you and your family and friends need.
