Walk With A Doc

Make Walking a part of your fitness regimen

The goal of Walk With a Doc is to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages, and reverse the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in order to improve the health and well-being of our communities.

Join one of Adena's physicians and other people in the community looking to improve their health at a Walk With a Doc event. There will be a short discussion of various topics followed by a walk. Lunch/breakfast will be provided.
