If your qualifications match our search criteria, within a couple of weeks, you should receive another email requesting an interview. Our team will work with you on setting up the best time and interview method to discuss your qualifications and career goals.
For your interview, be ready to share examples of your previous experience that reflect skills of the job you’re applying for. Prepare questions for our team, so you can learn more about Adena and how we operate. When preparing for a virtual or phone interview, please test technology and connection viability in advance to avoid any last minute technical disruptions.
