Adena Home Infusion, DME and Respiratory, LLC routinely serves patients residing in the following counties; Ross, Pike, Pickaway, Vinton, Jackson, Fayette, Highland and Hocking. Our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We offer a facilitated referral process, rapid response to referrals and a wide range of therapies.

Referrals

The intake process for referrals has been carefully designed and streamlined. You need only place one phone call and our specially trained clinical supervisors can immediately address your needs. Our staff will immediately begin work on your referral. We have clinical and reimbursement specialists that can provide the information you need and perform at the level you expect.

Our specially trained reimbursement staff is capable of handling all types of claims, including Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and other managed care companies. We will help determine the insurance coverage, obtain precertification and submit all the required paperwork. We will also accept private pay and will work with you on a payment system.

Home Infusion Services

Adena Home Infusion Services is available to meet patient’s need for home infusion therapy and provides expertise in infusion care, distribution, education, training and monitoring.

Receiving treatment at home or an alternate site can help promote better health and improved quality of life. Also, Home Infusion treatment is often less expensive and provides better outcomes.

Home Infusion Services works closely with Adena Home Health to coordinate patient care. However, Infusion Services can be coordinated with care provided by other nursing agencies.

Home Respiratory and Medical Equipment

Adena offers comprehensive home respiratory and medical equipment services. Our highly skilled staff of respiratory therapists and home medical equipment personnel has extensive home care experience in the communities that they serve, and are here to support the distinct needs of our patients. We work with patients to help them understand the therapy and disease process. We routinely assess patients and send written reports to each patient’s physician.
