Basic Life Support (CPR)
Infant, child and/or adult CPR for the professional rescuer or for the community and workplace. Includes rescue breathing and choking emergencies. Held at Adena Regional Medical Center or other planned location.

CPR Instructor Course
Eight-hour course training individuals to become CPR instructor through Adena ASHI franchise. Participants must have a current CPR card and must meet yearly evaluation requirements.

I Can Cope
I Can Cope is an educational program for persons with cancer, their families and friends. The goal of I Can Cope is to help patients help themselves live more effectively with cancer, and to find a richer, fuller life. The course consists of six sessions taught by doctors, nurses, social workers and other health professionals. Co-sponsored by Adena Regional Medical Center and the American Cancer Society. Held at Adena Regional Medical Center.

Infant Safety/CPR
Course content includes safety for newborns and toddlers, as well as a CPR demonstration. Childproofing your home is reviewed. Held monthly, call for dates. All classes are held at Adena Regional Medical Center.

Cost: $10.00 ($5 if taken with Great Expectations Class).
