Adena Cardiology is pleased to welcome five additional cardiologists, who are now providing comprehensive heart services to patients in south central and southern Ohio. These practitioners join the practice’s existing team, and specialize in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and preventive heart care respectively.
Bruce J. Chen, MD, is an Interventional Cardiologist with extensive experience with transradial catheterization access, entering the heart through an artery in the wrist. Born and raised in Elkins, WV, Dr. Chen earned his Bachelor’s degree and Medical degree from West Virginia University. He performed his internship, residency and fellowship at WVU Medical Center.
Alix Tercius, MD, is an Interventional Cardiologist performing heart procedures, including: catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, pericardiocentesis, artherectomy and more. Dr. Tercius is a native of Haiti who earned a Bachelor’s degree in PreMed and Chemistry from York College (City University of NY), and his Medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in the West Indies. He performed his residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center, and fellowships in Cardiology at UConn’s St. Francis Hospital and Aurora Healthcare in Milwaukee. Dr. Tercius also performed an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at the OSU Medical Center.
Victoria Zysek, DO, MBA, practices Cardiology with special emphasis on Preventive Cardiology and Women’s Health. A Cleveland, Ohio native, Dr. Zysek recently completed a fellowship in Preventive Cardiology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, and earned her Medical degree from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Zysek performed her residency at The Cleveland Clinic; a Cardiology fellowship at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Illinois; followed by her fellowship at the Mayo Clinic.
John Keller, MD, specializes in Cardiac Electrophysiology, treating patients who are experiencing heart rhythm and heart failure issues. Dr. Keller is a Central Ohio native, growing up in Columbus and graduating from Worthington High School. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Miami University, and his Medical degree from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Medicine. In addition, Dr. Keller completed his internship, residency and fellowships in Cardiology and Electrophysiology at the OSU Medical Center.
Jennifer Keller, MD, is an Interventional Cardiologist, working to open blocked arteries in often acute situations. Raised in Dayton, Dr. Keller earned her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Notre Dame, graduating Magna Cum Laude; and earned her Medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She went on to perform her internship and residency at OSU Medical Center, where she also served Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology fellowships.
