Opened in January 2002, The Adena Rehabilitation & Wellness Center serves as home base for most of Adena’s physical therapy program in Ross County. The Center is also home to the Adena WORKS program, an industrial rehabilitation program. The Adena Rehabilitation & Wellness Center provides therapy for sports injuries, acute and chronic pain, work injuries, and other orthopedic injuries in one convenient location.
The new 14,000 square foot Center is stocked with state-of-the-art rehab equipment from Cybex, Biodex, and Quantum Fitness. The gym also offers treadmills, elliptical steppers, and other aerobic exercise equipment. A Jacuzzi/hot tub and special "water massage" tables are also available.
