Adena Senior Health has closed

After more than a dozen years with the Adena Health System, Dr. Catherine Bishop has left her medical practice at Adena Senior Health to pursue other interests.

As a result of her departure the medical office at 55 Centennial Blvd. in Chillicothe, will be closed permanently.

Letters and phone calls have been used to reach out to patients to alert them of Dr. Bishop's departure.

Patients who have not been contacted or who still need help finding a new physician should call 779-4134.

Authorization forms have been sent to Dr. Bishop’s patients to help them in transferring their medical records, either to new physicians or to themselves. More information about those forms is available from Kim Carpenter of Adena’s Medical Records Department, at 740-779-4173.
