Online Bill Pay
1. Can I pay my bills from multiple bank accounts?
Yes, although to do this you will be required to make multiple transactions.
2. Who do I contact if I have questions or need help?
For technical support during the online payment process, you can chat online with Salucro Support staff or call Salucro Customer Support at (866)-430-7333 and select “Option 2”
For questions related to your account or statement, please contact the Adena’s Customer Service Department at (877)-712-5533
3. Is there a fee for this service?
No there are no fees for this service. Please note that fees for insufficient funding will apply and depending on your agreement with your financial institution, additional fees may apply.
4. Can I set up recurring payments?
No, at this time recurring payments option is not available for this portal. If you would like to set up recurring payments please call Adena’s Customer Service Department at 855-885-4794.
5. Can I pay on multiple accounts in one transaction?
Yes, just click on the tab that states “add more accounts”.
6. How long will it take to post to my account?
Credit Card transactions will take 3-5 Business Days
Electronic Check (ACH) transactions will take 5-7 Business Days
7. When will the transaction show up in bank account?
Please check directly with your Financial Institution.
8. Will I be able to see my remaining balance due?
No, this option is not available at this time.
9. What Adena accounts can I pay online?
The following are accounts that currently can be paid online:
Adena Regional Medical Center –Hospital Claims
Adena Medical Group - Physician Claims
Adena Anesthesia- Anesthesia Claims
To pay your bill online you will be prompted to provide your account number; this is located on your monthly statement.
10. Are there accounts I cannot pay online?
The following are accounts that currently cannot be paid using online bill pay:
Adena Home Respiratory –Home respiratory claims
Adena Radiology – Radiology Physician claims
Adena Occupational Health- Occupational claims
Schumacher Group – Emergency Room physician claims (Adena Regional Medical Center)
Rossman Emergency Group – Emergency Room physician claims (Adena Regional Medical Center)
Premier Group – Emergency Room physician claims (Adena Greenfield Medical Center and Adena Pike Medical Center)
Fayette Anesthesia- Anesthesia claims (Adena Greenfield Medical Center)
To make a payment please send your check or credit card info to the address located on the statement, or call the customer service department number located on the statement.
