- Take the Challenge
- Enter the number of minutes of movement logged each week via a weekly survey! A confirmation email will be provided to confirm your entry.
- Meet the 90 minute goal per week and be entered into the drawing for the top prizes!
To help you meet your goals, here are links to walking maps from around the area. Include any minutes spent walking, whether it’s around the neighborhood, or taking a stroll with friends or family. Adding a quick walk every evening can really help those minutes add up!

History of the Move More Challenge:
The Move More Challenge was launched in 2014 to motivate Adena caregivers to live a more active lifestyle. The challenge allowed Adena caregivers to compete against each other for prizes. In May 2016, we kicked off our Third Annual Move More Challenge with many members of our community joining the action too!
