Adena Health System has formed a Customer Opinion Panel to get input from our customers to help shape the future of healthcare in our community. Panelists will have a say in opinion polls, satisfaction surveys and focus groups related to a variety of relevant health-related topics.

We want to know your thoughts on our services and how Adena can continue to enhance the quality of life in our community. We value your opinion and want to hear your candid thoughts, get your input on new product or service ideas, and how you think we’re doing. In addition, panel members who participate in our surveys have the opportunity to win prizes.

How to join

Visit the customer opinion panel survey page to join. There, you will be asked to provide your name and contact information so that we can reach you to participate as a panel member.  There will also be questions that will help us gather information about you so we can send you relevant surveys.  All information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for survey projects.  Learn more about our privacy policy

In the coming weeks you will receive a welcome message from the panel moderator, and after that you can expect to see invitations to participate in brief surveys every one to two months. 

Participants must be 18 years or older and residents of the US.
