Designed for new and first-time computer users who prefer one-on-one instruction and guidance, this course will introduce basic computer functions and the Windows Operating System.

A positive patient and customer experience is effective and sustainable. We’ll show you how to identify the responsibilities of each employee to the customer/patient, how to utilize the feedback process and how you make a difference.
