Brian S. Cohen, M.D., earned his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center where he served as chief resident. Dr. Cohen completed an additional year of training as a fellow in sports medicine at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and specializes in the treatment of shoulder and knee injuries. He is a member of the Clinical Research and Outcomes Team for the Total-reversed Shoulder.
Dr. Brian Cohen specializes in treating all injuries of the shoulder and the knee. He utilizes an all-arthroscopic technique for repairing tears of the rotator cuff and performs total shoulder replacement for unresponsive shoulder arthritis and the new reverse ball and socket shoulder replacement for patients with “untreatable” shoulders.

James E. Fleming Jr., M.D., earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Fleming also completed an additional year of training in a Spine Fellowship at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University, Hospital for Special Surgery, New York, New York.
Dr. Fleming is an orthopaedic spine surgeon who specializes in the treatment of spinal disorders including degenerative conditions, spinal stenosis, deformities, neck and back pain, spine fractures, spinal fusion, and disc herniations.

Neil C. Ghany, M.D., earned his medical degree from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn where he also completed his orthopaedic surgery residency. Dr. Ghany also completed an additional year of training as a fellow in hand surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Neil Ghany is an orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in treatment of hand and elbow disorders, including injuries, arthritic conditions, wrist pain and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Frederick B. Lee, M.D., earned his medical degree from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn Program. Dr. Lee completed an additional year of training as a fellow in adult orthopaedic reconstructive and arthritis surgery at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute in Tampa, Florida. He is the only fellowship-trained Adult Reconstructive Surgeon in southwest Ohio. He is board certified in hip and knee replacement by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Dr. Frederick Lee specializes in the field of hip and knee replacement surgery for the treatment of advanced arthritis. He offers minimally invasive approaches in hip and knee replacements.

Debu Bhattacharyya, MD, earned his degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences: College of Medicine. He completed his training in Neurology at University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics.
Michael E. Jones, D.O., earned his degree from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery. He completed his training in Neurology at Garden City Hospital in Michigan and is board certified in Neurology. Dr. Jones founded the practice in 1998 and is on staff at Adena Regional Medical Center.
Siyun Li, MD, earned his degree from the Shandong Medical University, PRC. He completed his residency in internal medicine at The Teaching Hospital of Qingdao Medical College, Qingdao, PRC, and competed his fellowship in clinical neurophysiolgy at Duke University Medical Center.
Karen C. Evans, M.D., earned her medical degree from The Ohio State University, where she also completed her residency in physical medicine & rehabilitation this year. Dr. Evans will also be serving as the Medical Director for Inpatient Rehabilitation Services at Greenfield Area Medical Center.

Anthony C. Freeman, DO, completed his undergraduate degree at Ohio University, where he also earned his medical degree. He completed his residency training in medicine at Wright State University. Dr. Freeman completed residency in anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at the Ohio State University and is is board-certified in anesthesiology. Dr. Freeman has been responsible developing the the Pain Management service at Adena since 1998.
Kort M. Gronbach, M.D., completed undergraduate studies at the Ohio State University and completed medical school at Ross University. He completed residency training at Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus. Following this, Dr. Gronbach completed residency in anesthesiology at the University of Cincinnati, where he also completed a Pain Management fellowship. Dr. Gronbach is board-certified in anesthesiology and has been with Adena since 2006.
