An Open-Heart team that includes your primary care doctor.

Another advantage of our open-heart program is the integration of your primary care physician into your overall process of care. The proximity of care means your doctor can be as involved in the process as you want or need them to be. You will appreciate the convenience of exceptional care being just minutes away, instead of more than an hour. Being close means improved communication, ease of follow-up care, less stress for you, and improved partnership between you, your primary care physician and your specialist. It’s a team approach where everyone wins.
