Event Description
KidShape is a eight-week, fun-filled program that will start children and their families on a lifetime journey of health and confidence. During class time, families will learn healthy ways to lose weight through nutrition, exercise and behavior modification.
Cost for the program is $50. Children between the ages of six and fourteen are eligible to register, and a family member must attend with the child. Please register by April 4, 2012.
Classes are held every Wednesday.
