Vision Insurance AHS & Employee Regular full-time and eligible part-time employees 1st day of the month following employment Coverage for regular eye exams and benefits toward vision care expenses, including glasses or contact lenses.
Life Insurance AHS Regular full-time and eligible part-time employees 1st day of the month following 90 days of employment Group Term Life Insurance Program Entitlements 1 X annual base earnings.
